What You Need To Know About Joomla Components

For those new to the world of Joomla, it is not easy to find all the components that you need to start a successful Joomla site. The search for Joomla components can become quite daunting, but before you get lost in all the acronyms, lets take a look at what you need to get started.

The first thing that you should be looking for is a main menu. This would be the place where you can list all your pages and add an index to them. You could also add another menu item to the homepage, if that is what you prefer.

The next component that you will need is a sub menu. Sub menus could be used to list all the pages within a certain category, e.g. home.

As we have already mentioned, you could add another menu item to the homepage, should you wish to. If you want to use a separate menu on each page of your website, then this is the perfect place to put it.

The last component that you will require is a submit button. This would be used to submit your site to search engines such as Google or Yahoo! If you have recently added content to your site, you may want to click this button to add it to your database so that you do not lose it, should you decide to remove some of your pages.

As I have said, Joomla is one of the most popular platforms today for creating blogs and websites. This is because it is a very simple and user-friendly platform to create a site.

It is all about choosing from among the various components available and integrating them into your design and layout. However, if you choose to create your own, then there are plenty of options to make your site unique.

You may choose to create a design using Joomla components, but this will require a bit more work than using the ready made ones. This is especially true if you want to have a custom logo created for your site.

If you are making your design yourself, then you will need to know what buttons and effects you will be using, to make the design work. A good resource for doing this is the Joomla website.

As I mentioned earlier, there are plenty of resources available for doing this. A lot of these have plugins which make it very easy to incorporate these components into your website.

All in all, you need to be aware of the different components available. This way, you will be able to make your site unique.
