Philip DeKoker is an IT professional with over 20 years of Systems Architect doing Operating Systems Programming and System Administration.  He has achieved several “Employee of the Quarter awards” for is expertise and professional dedication working for large fortune 200 corporations. DeKoker started Joomla! consulting and design from the early beginnings of  Joomla!  He is a founding member of the JoomlaChicago CMS Group and continues to teach and contribute to this flourishing user group.  

DeKoker now brings his background and knowledge in the form of live Joomla training adding a twist of in-depth technical insights needed to run today’s Joomla! website.  He has the knack to provide value to both the new and veteran Joomla! students in the areas of Joomla! Installation, server migrations, security, performance, SEO and problem resolution.

Phil has recently launched a new startup company called Joomla Solutions Providerthat is focused on helping people with technical issues and also the migration of websites between servers and also with Joomla 1.0 to 1.5 migration needs.
